Following the instructions on the website, the Amazon Linux repo added to yum
by the apache-arrow-release-latest rpm doesn't actually even exist
([https://apache.jfrog.io/artifactory/arrow/amazon-linux/2/)] and causes yum to
throw errors after installing that package.
There is an rc repo that does seem to exist
[https://apache.jfrog.io/artifactory/arrow/amazon-linux-rc/2/], although most
of the packages are missing for aarch64 (I'm trying to use Arrow on a Graviton2
instance)
