Description:
Follow-up on ARROW-13074.
We should maybe also expose the {{partitioning}} attribute on ParquetDataset
(if constructed with {{use_legacy_dataset=False}}), as I did for the
{{filesystem}}/{{files}}/{{fragments}} attributes.
