Implement [{{slice()}}, {{slice_head()}}, and
{{slice_tail()}}|https://dplyr.tidyverse.org/reference/slice.html] methods for
{{ArrowTabular}} and {{arrow_dplyr_query}} objects . I believe this should be
relatively straightforward, using {{Take()}} to return only the specified rows.
