ARROW-13572 (https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/10991) added basic support
for ORC file format in the Datasets API, but for now only implemented the sync
{{OrcFileFormat::ScanFile}}, while we should rather implemented
{{OrcFileFormat::ScanBatchesAsync}} instead.
