Description:
In ARROW-15047, the error messaging in {{read_compressed_error()}} was updated
to be more user-friendly - the corresponding unit test (named "Error messages
are shown when the compression algorithm lz4 is not found") needs updating to
reflect this change

In order to read this file, you will need to reinstall arrow with additional
features enabled.
Set one of these environment variables before installing:

'lz4')
* Sys.setenv(ARROW_WITH_LZ4 = "ON") (for just 'lz4')
