* Change the filename from “pr_and_github.rst” to “pr_lifecycle.rst”
* Step 1: Change the first sentence frm “Update/sync the code from your
upstream in the master branch.” to “Update your fork’s master branch with
``upstream/master``.” And “Run it …” with “Run this …”.
* Step 1: Omit “--ff-only” and only keep “pull”{color:#de350b} -
{color}{color:#de350b}yes/no?{color}
* “Commenting on a pull request” section → change “... *you* pull request …”
to “ … *your* pull request …” in the second paragraph.
