Description:
Additional *tutorial for R* bindings - lubridate::mday for example:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-14816 to be put in the .rst part of
the docs.
Also add these correction for the existing Python tutorial:
* Change _Lets_ _start_ to _Lets's_ _start_ - (intro), before the Set up
section.
* Change _Setup_ to _Set up_ in the first sentence of the Set up section.
* Change _Lets_ to _Lets's and from *the* updated master_ in Start the work on
a new branch section, second and first paragraph.
