I would be curious if you could add a bit more information about what you're
using this for [~max_koe] If you're trying to install arrow on an airgapped
mac, you might have better luck downloading binaries from cran and installing
those directly (e.g. from
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/arrow/index.html).
