Description:
h4. *contributing.rst page should become a landing page for all contributors*
The landing page would connect different topics and would use Sphinx boxes for
better visibility. The main topics would be:
# Intro into contributing
# Community
# New Contributor's Guide
# Report bugs and propose features
# Advanced code contribution
Existing Contributing page content :
* _Intro_ stays on the landing page
* {_}Code of Conduc{_}t and _Mailing List_ moves to the Community page
* _Report bugs and propose features_ moves to it's own page
* _Improve documentation_ moves to the New Contrib Guide docs section
** link from the landing page must be added
** link to the building of the documentation must be added
* _Contribute code_ moves to the Guide
* _Experimental repositories_ and _Guidance for specific features_ would live
in Advanced code contribution where the links to the existing docs would be
added.
