Hi [~amol-] second part of getting started I was assuming was covered by:
VectorValue / VectorSchemaRoot / RW IPC.
Let me reopen the issue and consolidate all of this example in one getting
started document.
This ticket will contain all the refactor or ordered needed to do on java
documentation.
