The class hierarchy seems curios by the way. We have
{{RecordBatchStreamReader}} inheriting from {{RecordBatchReader}} but
{{RecordBatchFileReader}} does not? Both should support nearly the same
features for two slightly different formats, so I would expect both inherit
from {{RecordBatchReader}}
