* The format docs for Flight should reflect the changes made in ARROW-15921.
* "RPC Methods" should also describe DoExchange
* How do we want to describe non-gRPC transports?
* Authentication should be expanded
* External resources should link to the more up-to-date blog
In C++/Python/Java:
* We should at least have a basic page outlining the process of setting up a
server and a client
* Longer examples should go in the Cookbook over the documentation
* Document how to return/handle errors, how to check cancellations, set
timeouts, etc.
