We dropped support for CentOS 8 because it reached EOL.
Could you use AlmaLinux 8, Rocky Linux 8 or CentOS Stream 8 instead?
Note that CentOS Stream 8 support will be started since Apache Arrow 8.0.0 that
will be released in a few weeks.
