Our Anaconda storage size for nightlies is exceeded:

required to add a file. Please go to
https://anaconda.org/binstar.settings/billing to update your plan', 402)" {code}
It seems we forgot to add *linux-ppc64le* to the architectures list on this
fix: [https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/12604]
