Create a comprehensive test suite for {{_exec_plan.filter_table}} with the
primary purpose of testing its convenience and ease of use.
(PS: {{pc.field}} and {{pc.scalar}} shoul be used when building expressions,
not {{Expression._fied}} etc..)
