A few important points were noted while developing the interface for
Substrait-Consumer in Python.
They are as follows;
# Backpressure needs to be handled in the existing SubstraitConsumer wrapped
to support Python.
# Decide whether the substrait consumer should just allow the use of SinkNode
directly or use ConsumingSinkNode.
