Description:
While setting up a queue repository for testing changes to {{{}crossbow{}}}, we
noticed some updates that can be made to help future developers set up their
environment.
They include:
# The generated GitHub access token needs to have {{Workflow}} permissions to
push workflow files to the queue repository.
# Update the instructions for running the {{crossbow}} command, now that it
has been integrated into {{{}archery{}}}.
# Clarify Travis CI auto-cancellation default behavior.
