Yes.
But we may need some CMake related changes in Apache Arrow C\+\+ to upstream
our changes to the Conan files. I'm not sure that upstreaming a OpenSSL related
fix in our changes to the Conan files requires CMake related changes in Apache
Arrow C\+\+. If we need CMake related changes in Apache Arrow C\+\+ for it,
please let me know.
