With the change introduced on ARROW-18048
([https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/14412)] we are waiting the wait time for
each task that is triggered on the comment on the PR.
The problem is that if we execute a group of tasks this will wait the defined
amount of seconds (60 as default) for each one of the tasks on the group.
