[~ijuma] If {{ConsumerGroupCommand}} needs to provide all the existing
{{CnosumerOffsetChecker}} properties I could start a KIP (assuming one is
required) to cover what [~mimaison] reported as missing:
* Listing all brokers
* Filtering results by a given topic list
