@dajac Would falling back have the same semantics? If not, it's a bit more complicated. I suggest we need a KIP to cover the proposal details. Given that 2.4 is pretty old these days and that alter configs has some semantic issues, we may want to default to incremental alter configs and provide a flag for older brokers. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
