[ListOffsetsHandler](https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/clients/src/main/java/org/apache/kafka/clients/admin/internals/ListOffsetsHandler.java#L169)
handles retriable error. So, we are good if we throw retryable error back to
the client.
