Not sure if someone is already working on this, but happy to pick it up if not! 
One idea could be to have an upgrade folder with a directory structure like 
{{{}upgrade/v1.0{}}}, {{{}upgrade/v2.0{}}}, etc., each containing relevant 
upgrade instructions? Another idea would be to limit the number of mentioned 
upgrades to x prior releases. i.e: Only the last 10 upgrades are mentioned, and 
the older ones are easily accessed otherwise
