I updated the upgrade file as this is also a problem occurring with `Snappy`. I did also some investigation, and if Kafka is run on environments where the `tmp` folder doesn't have `exec` permissions, messages can't be produced/consumed if using either `Snappy` or `Zstd`. Kafka will start on version prior to 3.8.0 but still fail to produce/consume. While for 3.8.0, it fails to start already. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
