Kafka Community uses the mailing list for questions and runtime errors, and
JIRAs for defined critical bugs / improvements etc. Please send the question to
the mailing list if you are still encountering it. And if you nailed down the
possible root cause, please feel free to create the JIRA ticket as "Bug."
