the record level CRC is removed due to KIP-98 [0], and KAFKA-4935 marked many
CRC-related code as deprecated, and KAFKA-12612 is a follow-up to mark
remaining code as deprecated. Those jira/KIP are completed for many years, so
it should be safe to remove the deprecated APIs now.
