Description:
We can use this task to track tools cleanup for the next major release (4.0.0).
StateChangeLogMerger is deprecated and should be removed.
TopicFilter, PartitionFilter and TopicPartitionFilter in "server-common" should
be moved to "tools" once we get rid of MirrorMaker1 dependency.
Redirections to be removed:
- core/src/main/scala/kafka/tools/JmxTool
- core/src/main/scala/kafka/tools/ClusterTool
- core/src/main/scala/kafka/tools/EndToEndLatency
- core/src/main/scala/kafka/admin/FeatureCommand
