[~chia7712] It's fine to take the JIRA, but this one should not impact Jetty.
Jetty is used by Connect and Connect still supports Java 11 according to the
KIP. There was a separate discussion about potentially moving Connect to Java
17, but was that agreed somewhere (the KIP was not updated).
