Normally, the data in {{PushTelemetryRequest}} is compressed, so we need to
create another {{ByteBuffer}} to hold the uncompressed data for
{{{}ClientTelemetryReceiver{}}}. This means we can use zero-copy to eliminate
the temporary byte array containing the compressed data."
