* Have started work on issue, implementing the AutoOffsetReset class as well
as adding the related sources to the Topology.
* There is ongoing discussion regarding the naming convention of the new
config option, as well as some minor changes to the constructor that sets the
duration.
* I am tracking the conversation and applying updates as they come into the
KIP document.
I am new to this project and need to get access to the project GitHub so that I
can publish my branch, I have sent an email regarding this but if anyone has a
contact I can reach out to please let me know.
