@cmccabe When upgrading, I added a boolean flag to control whether or not the metadata version is updated as well before the downgrade is performed. For the `upgrade_downgrade` tests, I don't upgrade the MV, so the cluster has whatever MV it's brought up with before it's downgraded, since we can't downgrade MV. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
