Hi [~chia7712] and [~chiacyu],
As part of ZK removal from AK, this test can be deleted, as I have migrated the
relevant test cases to KRaft (upgrade/downgrade tests shouldn't go back past
3.3) in `kraft_upgrade_test.py` in this PR:
