Use Producer interface and `ClusterInstance.producer()` factory method in test classes instead of directly instantiating KafkaProducer. This improves code maintainability and follows better practices by: - Replacing KafkaProducer with Producer interface - Using ClusterInstance.producer() factory method instead of direct instantiation - Removing redundant producer config properties that are handled by ClusterInstance *More detailed description of your change, if necessary.
