consumed. Since option 4 reduces the prefetching opportunity in some cases, it 
would be useful to understand the impact of that. We can test the cases where 
all consumed partitions are from the same and different brokers.
   
   @junrao—are you asking for the results from the `EndToEndLatency` tool, or 
something else?
