Description: In Kafka 4.0, the ZK will be removed. We should update
process.roles as required configuration. (was: In Kafka 4.0, the ZK will be
removed. In the code, if process.roles is empty, it means it's a node in ZK
mode. We should consider to update the default value to a non-empty value, so
that it doesn't confuse users.)
