* Currently, `testShareConsumerAfterCoordinatorMovement` works serially.
- Produces/consumes and stops
- shutsdown leader share coordinator node
- after new leader elected does not produce/consume
* This does not reflect real world scenarios. In this PR, we have added a
touch of concurrency via a scheduled thread pool service which starts the
producer and consumer and while they are running, restarts leader share coord
node.
* We have also added a small util inner class `ClientState` to store record
count and control produce/consume loop.
