h1. *THIS TICKET CANNOT BE WORKED ON, UNTIL WE DO APACHE KAFKA 5.0 RELEASE.*
Existing handler got changed in 3.9, to have new `ErrorHandlerContext` input
parameter and old handler got deprecated.
