The VerifiableShareConsumer currently allows the users to specify the
{{{}--offset-reset-strategy{}}}. When the same boots up, it makes an
AdminClient Call to alter the config for this specific group. However, when it
generated the AdminClient Properties for the same, it doesn't take into account
the configs passed in through the {{--consumer.config}} property.
