[PR] MINOR: Add a separate page for zk2kraft.html [kafka]

   The content of `upgrade.html` has become too large.
   This patch moves the embedded `zk2kraft` content into a separate page to 
improve the reading experience.
   
   **Note: For preview purposes, I have hardcoded the path as `/dev/zk2kraft`, 
but the patch will use `/{{version}}/zk2kraft` instead.**
