`https://kafka.apache.org/javadoc/org/apache/kafka/streams/state/StreamsMetadata.html`
for example, I think it should be
`https://kafka.apache.org/{version}/javadoc/org/apache/kafka/streams/state/StreamsMetadata.html`
where the macros are defined in `docs/js/TemplateData.js`. In trunk, {version}
is currently pointing to 21.
