Description: This task is to increase the unit testing of the OAuth layer
for improved code coverage. (was: This task is to improve/enhance the
usability of the {{OAuthCompatibilityTool}} based on the relevant section in

It will also include some top-level documentation on usage in the Kafka
documentation.)
