[~justin-chen] The KAFKA-19212 mainly solves the wrong log message of the
unclean leader election. In your case, did you observe a true data loss by
verifying the log or maybe by consuming the partition? If so, can you share
more details of your case like what was the HWM before the election, the log
offsets of the missing messages?
