I can't remember what my thinking was at the time, but I believe we also need to `bumpGroupEpoch` based on the result of `maybeUpdateRegularExpressions`. `hasMemberSubscriptionChanged` only takes into account the non-regex part of the subscription. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
