Review Comment:
   That makes sense.
   
   It seems a bit odd because while `MemberToRemove` doesn't support member 
IDs, all `removeMembersFromConsumerGroup()` does with the `MemberRemove`s is to 
convert each of them into a `MemberIdentity` which _does_ support member IDs 
🤷‍♂️
