[PR #19209|https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/19209] has removed
{{force_use_zk_connection}} from
{{{}kafka_acls_cmd_with_optional_security_settings{}}}.
The remaining usages in {{kafka_topics_cmd_with_optional_security_settings}}
and {{kafka_configs_cmd_with_optional_security_settings}} cannot be removed
yet, because {{kafka-topics.sh}} and {{kafka-configs.sh}} do not support
{{--bootstrap-server}} in AK 2.1 and 2.2.
This ticket is blocked until the e2e tests drop support for 2.2. Maybe my
one-year-old son can take over and finish this one after he grows up. :)
