Description: New StreamsGroupTopologyDescriptionUpdateRequest.json and
StreamsGroupTopologyDescriptionUpdateResponse.json schemas (with GroupId,
MemberId, TopologyEpoch, TopologyDescription struct). ApiKeys entry. New error
codes in Errors: STREAMS_TOPOLOGY_DESCRIPTION_UPDATE_FAILED, DELETE_FAILED.
Bump StreamsGroupHeartbeatResponse to add TopologyDescriptionRequired (bool).
Bump StreamsGroupDescribeRequest to add IncludeTopologyDescription (bool). Bump
StreamsGroupDescribeResponse to add TopologyDescription (nullable struct) +
TopologyDescriptionStatus (int8, 4 values). Bump DeleteGroupsResponse to v3
with ErrorMessage field. AbstractRequest/AbstractResponse wiring,
RequestResponseTest.
