@imavishek Adding new metrics / config require a KIP to proceed. Similar [KIP-1267](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/KAFKA/pages/406618693/KIP-1267+Tiered+Storage+Cost+Attribution+Metrics. ) for tiered storage cost attribution metrics was already proposed.
