The native Docker image build fails with "gpg: command not found" (exit code 127) when verifying the downloaded release tarball's signature. https://github.com/apache/kafka/actions/runs/35000209182/job/104486450640 This is a regression from KAFKA-20314 (#22059), which switched the native image base from ghcr.io/graalvm/graalvm-community:21 to :25 to fix an intermittent startup segfault. That base image swap was otherwise correct, but graalvm-community:25 does not bundle gnupg the way :21 did, so the existing `gpg --import` / `gpg --batch --verify` steps in the Dockerfile now fail before the native-image compilation ever runs. Fix by installing gnupg2 Verified locally: native image now builds and boots successfully against the 4.4.0-rc1 artifacts, including signature verification. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
