Hardcoded ICU and zstd-jni versions in `resource-config.json` require manual updates when upgrading the JDK or zstd-jni. Replace these entries with version-independent regex patterns while preserving the supported Linux architectures and resource filenames. Also cover the unversioned ICU `icudata` directory and remove the obsolete version-update reminder from `dependencies.gradle`. Validation on Linux ARM64 with GraalVM 25.0.2: - Built the Kafka native image successfully. - Passed Docker sanity tests in combined and isolated modes. - Passed zstd compression, decompression, and passthrough smoke tests, verifying 100 records per scenario. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
