1. Add rack aware algorithm to sticky assignor - We treat rackawaretags as a ordered list, with the order of their priority of each tag - We use a vector to rack each process and try to find the most rack diverse process - sticky/loaded are now consider tie breaker for same level of rack diverse 2. For sticky assignor, now the priority for placing standby task is rack diverse+sticky>rack diverse +not sticky>not rack diverse +sticky>not rack diverse + not sticky sticky is treated as a tie breaker when there are multiple process being the same level of rack aware -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
